Virtual Aviation College Ltd. (VAC) collects and stores your personal details such as your email address, for the purpose of being able to give you access to online learning modules hosted on the company’s licensed Learning Management System (LMS).
Your email address has been provided to Virtual Aviation College Ltd. in order for your access to the LMS to be set up. Virtual Aviation College will not share your email address with anyone else.
Virtual Aviation College will retain your email address and associated LMS training records for as long as you wish to have access to the LMS.
If you no longer wish to have access and wish to have your email address removed from the system please email: simon@virtualaviationcollege.org
Your Personal Data Rights
VAC is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
You have a right to complain to the ICO https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/your-personal-information-concerns/ about VAC’s processing of personal data.
VAC processes personal information solely to provide access to the LMS to undertake the Adequate Instruction training, including maintenance of training records. The information processed is limited to a user’s name, e-mail address and employer (where relevant).
The LMS does not use website cookies or Google Analytics to monitor activity. Users are free to store their login details to facilitate returning to the course at a later date.
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that is held. Email your request to our data protection officer at: simon@virtualaviationcollege.org.
